Make & model: Beneteau Oceanis 440, built in USA 1993.

Construction: Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) (commonly know as Fibreglass, tough stuff!!)

Mast head sloop rig (sailor speak for 1 mast, 2 sails (Headsail & mainsail)).

Inboard 75hp diesel engine (handy when the wind is not blowing or when you need a bit more power).

Key Dimensions - Overall Length 44 feet (13.4 mtrs) - Beam (width) 14' 5" feet (4.4 mtrs) - Main Cabin Headroom 6' 4" (1.95 mtrs) - Fresh water capacity 830 ltrs - Fuel capacity 240 ltrs (engine range about 400 nautical miles).

How many people can sleep on board?

There are 2 private double cabins to comfortably accommodate you and your party. If there is a need, 1 adult or 1-2 small people can be bunk down in the saloon. (Skipper uses the 3rd double cabin)

What's On Board?

2 Bathrooms (heads) with showers & hot/cold pressure water (the more efficient your use of the hot water, the longer your shower!)
Transom shower (convenient fresh water rinse if you decide to have a dip in the sea)
10 stack CD player with cabin & cockpit speakers so you can enjoy your favourite sounds inside and out.
Laptop computer (if you have to work, or want to watch some DVD's)
Cockpit BBQ (cook your fresh catch taking in the surrounds)
Fridge & freezer.
230v power supply for charging phones or laptops if you simply cannot live without them, sorry no hair dryers.
Inflatable dinghy with 2HP outboard (great for exploring anchorages visited).

Rates
Harbour cruise and short sailing trips.	$65 per person,child 5 to 12 half price.
Hourly hire.	$175.00, min 3hrs.
Whole of boat incl overnight or multiday sailing.(Exclusive)	$1300.00 per 24hr period
Overnight accommodation on Nelson Harbour,short sail including dinner,bed and breakfast. Depart 5.30pm, arrive back next morning by 9.00am	$160.00 per person.
